Celebrate Outreach! (CO!) is a partnership of St. Petersburg-area faith-based congregations and individuals which is dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness in our area.
Our Vision
Our vision is a society in which all people are treated with dignity and respect, and as a result insures that everyone has safe, decent, affordable housing, enough food to eat, and a means to make an honest living.

Celebrate Outreach! (CO!) is dedicated to outreach. We believe in treating all members of our community with dignity, and working with those who are experiencing homelessness or at risk for homelessness to the end that they are liberated from homelessness, hunger, violence, discrimination

On December 3, 2024, people all around the world are coming together to tap into the power of human connection and strengthen communities and change our world. Will you be one of them?
Celebrate Outreach will be participating in GivingTuesday and we need your help!
By joining the GivingTuesday movement, you’re proving that in times of uncertainty, generosity can bring the whole world together.
Here is how you can get ready to give:
1. Participate! Make friends and serve a healthy breakfast. Join in song at our Christmas Caroling Event. Attend our Homeless Memorial Service.
2. Give. On December 3, go to Giving Page and give food, personal supplies, socks or $.
3. Spread the word. Encourage your friends and family to join you in creating real impact on December 3 by sharing what our mission means to you and why you support our organization.

Volunteering
Celebrate Outreach! is a volunteer-run organization. Dozens of men, women, and youth of all ages and from all walks of life are working together to find ways in which to prevent and end homelessness.
Giving
Envision a community where everyone has a place called home. There is no cause more compelling. You can demonstrate how much you care about your community by giving whatever you can to provide housing and needed services for our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness.
